We had two heatpumps and backup furnaces installed. We had a very good experience with each stage of NOCO's service, from the initial quote visit, through the ordering, scheduling, and install. We had a 5 part mini split system installed in our funky A frame house (that has no duct work for central air conditioning). We received very personalized and experienced service to make the project work. That included everyone from the installation techs, billing people, owner, and quality insurance inspector. The mini splits work well and we are quite satisfied with the outcome. The company knowledge and assistance with utility rebate programs were very helpful in allowing us to afford this project.
